We’ve been back home in Worcestershire, England over a week now and are just getting over jetlag.

Reflecting on our three weeks in Alaska and Yukon with one of your 25’ motorhomes we’d just like to record our appreciation and thanks.

We had a fantastic holiday, saw some spectacular sights and did things we had been dreaming of for the twelve months it took us to plan our trip.

It was meant as a once-in-a-lifetime-holiday to celebrate our birthdays this year but we found it such a wonderful place that if possible we will come back to visit the places we didn’t have time to include in our itinerary! Just a short note to say we had a great time during our trip to Alaska, touring in an RV rented from Great Alaskan.  The RV was in great shape and your facility was a well run operation.  One suggestion I have would be equipping the RV's with curtains to go over the blinds to assist with blocking out the light.  Being from the Lower 48, had a tough time with the 1 AM light filtering in.  Anyway, thanks for assisting in providing a vacation my family and I will remember for a long time.

"Thanks for the wonderful experience. This was the first time I had Rv'd in Alaska (or anywhere). The experience of being able to stop and cook or sleep almost anywhere was a true joy. For our Alaskan vacation, we had one week in the RV followed by one week on a cruise ship. All enjoyed the RV the most. I gave my wife the week off and did the cooking. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use of the technology in the motorhome. One of the biggest hesitations about RVing was dealing with hookups, dumping, and water replenishing. This was no problem. For five of us in the motorhome, the servicing was just minutes per day - much less than the time to check in and out of a hotel. Thanks again - we'll be back in the future."

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed our time in Alaska and what a pleasure it was to deal with your outfit. The quality of your employees is beyond compare and the motorhome was far more than I expected it to be. The young lady who checked us in on Sunday was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. When we stepped in the motorhome and saw how clean it and everything else was, we were very, very pleased. I was amazed how well maintained the vehicle was, both inside, outside, and under the hood. You can tell that everyone there takes great pride in what they do.

After our week was up the transition back to reality and the ease of return was also something that surprised me. The gentlemen who went over the motorhome for final inspection were very thorough and very professional in how they handled getting us checked in and final paperwork completed.

One thing else that I was very pleased with, as was my wife, is that you do not have your name plastered on the side of the motorhome in 4 foot tall letters as does the competition. I have recommended you and your service to several friends who plan on coming that way next year, and you can be assured when I come back that way I will be back to rent from the best motorhome rental establishment in Alaska. What a delight it was to work with your people, from the reservation staff to the people who got us started to the people who checked us in at the end. We had to re-arrange our reservation due to the tragedy in New York. But that was a snap. I had a box of belongings shipped up there UPS and it was waiting in the motorhome when we arrived. I asked Ellie for the name of a local florist (which she supplied) so I could have flowers waiting in the motorhome for my wife, and they were there. And then, the motorhome! It was clean, serviced, all the tanks dumped and filled, and truly a joy to use for the duration of our stay.
